Kettlebell Workshop In St. Louis On January 23rd

I will be teaching a KB Workshop at The Studio on January 23rd. I will provide in depth coverage on the basic KB Lifts, the Swing, Clean, Snatch, Press, Push Press and Snatch (and Jerk time permitting).
